Right after the earthquake engineers have checked and cleared the building. As a whole, the integrity of the building is fine.
There is some damage to the apartment, including some water damage, and some cracked walls. The walls are not load-bearing, and so the crack is mostly easthetically unpleasing. But there is no danger.
All the damage will be repaired over time, but as it is a big building, and a small team of workers, it might take a few weeks before it's our turn. However, as it is safe, the jams will continue again.
The suspension point has been inspected since the quake, and no damage was found. The usual load tests have also been conducted. Outside of the jams, the suspension point has been used quite a few times already. So both theoretically and practically, it is safe.
